TANDOORI MAIN DISHES

The tandoor oven originated in central Asia in a place called Bukhara. It is a deep-clay charcoal burning oven which runs at extremely high temperatures, sealing the essential flavours or the food.

Mildly marinated diced chicken or lamb roasted with tomato, onion and green pepper.

Tandoori Chicken (Half) £6.95
Half spring chicken on the bone, marinated overnight in yoghurt and tamarind sauce,then grilled in clay oven.

Chicken Tikka £6.95
Juicy diced chicken marinated with mild spices then baked in the tandoor. Served with salad and sauce.
